What is a Public Benefit Corporation?
A Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) is a for-profit entity mandated to outline a specific public benefit upon incorporation. As a company dedicated to education technology, we felt that giving back a portion of our profits for the proliferation of digital technology-backed pedagogy allowed us to leverage our skills and abilities for the betterment of our industry.

What services do you provide?
As a single-source solutions provider, we supply school districts with all the necessary tools to complete a successful one-to-one mobile device deployment. We offer custom device configuration, custom warranties, full-service repair centers staffed by triple-certified repair technicians, student repair programs, and more. Do you work with organizations outside of K-12?
We’ve had the privilege of completing large international projects and projects outside of Education, however we are focused on providing the most value to K-12 school districts across the United States.
What national purchasing contracts are you on?
Buyboard Cooperative Purchasing, TIPS, USETPA, and NCPA are some national contracts we partner with, among many state and local contracts. Our Contracts team is happy to pursue any national or state contracts your organization would require to complete purchases.
Are you MWBE certified?
Vivacity Tech is not MWBE certified, however we actively partner with several MWBE’s to meet your organization’s supplier diversity goals.

What is White Glove service?
White Glove configuration service allows for a zero-touch Chromebook deployment. White Glove service consists of enrolling devices into the school district’s domain, performing Chrome OS updates, and ensuring devices are in working order during deployment. Having White Glove service installed before you get your devices allows users to log in and begin learning immediately upon delivery.
Do you provide asset management software?
We provide complimentary access to Customer Central, our proprietary asset management software, with all Vivacity Tech product purchases.
Is Customer Central really free?

Do your products come with warranties?
All Vivacity Tech products come with complete 5-year coverage.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders and provide customers with the flexibility to pay when products are shipped instead of when they are ordered.
Do you sell products outside of the United States?
We currently only work with school districts within the United States, however, we would be happy to talk with you about your needs and logistics.
Is freight included?
We work to include ground freight on all products.
What is liftgate?
A liftgate is a shipping service required if the receiving destination does not have a loading dock or forklift. This service helps to ensure that products are not damaged during the receiving process.
