With an amazing amount of growth within the first three years in business, Vivacity Tech PBC is expanding! The perfect next step after recently upgrading our headquarters, we are opening a second office. Vivacity Greenville opened at the beginning of March and has a staff of new and current employees coming together to help customers on the east coast and in the south east of the United States.
This location offers a full production center which includes in house services such as laser etching, embroidery, and white gloving. It will also serve as a full distribution center and a complete HP and Lenovo repair center. With this we are steadily building our warehouse and repair teams and getting everything moving. This will provide faster service, shorter shipping times, and cut costs for customers which is a win, win, win.
The Regional Sales Manager in South Carolina, Scott Pierce, has been with Vivacity Tech for just over two years and is excited about the office space. When asked how he feels about the new location Pierce said, “I’m very glad we are growing and will be able to make our operation more efficient. The addition of the Greenville office will help us ease customer obstacles by reducing repair turnarounds and lead times.” Pierce is the perfect person to help guide the team in South Carolina and assist in the transition.
Prior to joining Vivacity Tech, Scott led the Technology Department at Kingsport City Schools in Kingsport TN for four years. Previous to joining KCS, he served as Director of Technology Services for Henry County Schools in McDonough, GA, a large school system with 53 schools and 43,000 students. Peirce has more than 20 years of technology experience working with private companies, governmental organizations and school systems in and around Atlanta, GA. During his career, he has also spent time as a teacher, softball coach, technician, network administrator, and systems coordinator.
Eli Maloley, founder and CEO, is ready for the addition of the new office and bringing his south east team together under one roof. He expressed “Growth is exactly what we are striving for and this is the first step. We are so proud to be expanding and opening a new chapter. I am so happy to be able to continue providing better solutions and better service for all of our customers in this region.” The Greenville location is the first of many new offices to come as more are currently being planned. This is foreshadowing what Vivacity Tech has coming in the near future.
