Vivacity Tech Supplies Frogtown Community Center With Learning Devices

St. Paul, Minn.– As Giving Tuesday spreads across the nation, Vivacity Tech PBC, a local K-12 EdTech company, donates learning devices to the Frogtown Community Center. With nearly every student learning in a digital environment coupled with a national shortage on Chromebooks, Vivacity Tech donated Chromebooks along with a 36-Carrier Smart Cart to help ease constraints students are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I think it is our duty and responsibility to care for the community around us, at the smallest level,” said Eli Maloley, CEO of Vivacity Tech. “When I started Vivacity Tech, I had the opportunity to make something really special being the first Public Benefit Corporation in the Educational Technology field. I wanted to ensure that the needs of our customers and our community are being met and exceeding the highest standards possible, especially in light of this pandemic.”

The addition of new Chromebooks allows students to study after school at the Frogtown Community Center Rec Check – a free child after school program. The donation also provides the center with a secure storage solution to lock, charge and store devices.
